Clinical Application of Butorphanol and Propofol in Painless Gastroscopy

Objective To observe the anesthesia effect and safety of butorphanol and propofol for outpatient painless endoscopy.Methods 60 patients,whose ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ grad and adopted outpatient painless gastroscopy were randomly divided into two groups,each group were 30 cases.PF group first bolus of fentanyl 1.0 μg/kg+propofol 2.0 mg/kg,PB group for the first time bolus butorphanol 20 μg/kg+propofol 2.0 mg/kg,to the need for additional surgery in the propofol phenols.Recorded before anesthesia,loss of consciousness,awakening,when mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),oxygen saturation(SPO2) changes and delivery time between the end of eyelash reflex and recovery time,intraoperative circumstances and respiratory depression anesthesia levels.Results Satisfied with the results of anesthesia was no difference between the two groups,two groups of patients after induction of MAP,HR,SPO2 has declined,and induced a statistically significant difference between the former(P<0.01),but no statistical difference between the two groups significance(P>0.05),recovery time was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05),intraoperative respiratory depression PF group was significantly higher than the PB group(P<0.05).Conclusion butorphanol and propofol anesthesia for painless gastroscope are effective and less adverse reactions.It is an ideal method in painless endoscopy anesthesia.
