| 摘 要： | 目的 观察奥曲肽治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效.方法 将48例肝硬化并发食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血患者随机分成奥曲肽组和垂体后叶素组.奥曲肽组:首次冲击量为0.1 mg加入5%葡萄糖20 mL,静脉推注,再以0.05mg/h维持72 h,止血后,剂量减半维持48 h后停药;垂体后叶素组:以0.4u/min速度...
