川东北地区护理人员吗啡认知状况的调查

目的调查川东北地区护理人员对吗啡的认知现状,为有针对性地提高本地区护理人员吗啡相关知识提供依据。方法采用自行设计的护理人员吗啡认知调查问卷对川东北地区6所三级综合性医院215名护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员吗啡相关知识回答正确率较低(平均低于50%),在吗啡使用方法及注意事项、癌痛三阶梯用药原则等方面,肿瘤科护士回答的正确率显著高于其他科室(均P<0.01)。护理人员接受吗啡相关知识来源较单一。结论川东北地区护理人员对吗啡相关知识了解不够深入,建议继续开展癌痛管理规范化培训,制定相关政策,以加强吗啡使用管理力度,提高癌症患者的生活质量。

Investigation on nurses'cognition of morphine in northeast Sichuan

Objective To investigate nurses′ cognition of morphine in the northeast part of Sichuan,and to provide information for managers to enhance nurses′ knowledge of morphine in this region. Methods A self-designed questionnaire in terms of nurses′ knowledge of morphine was used to investigate 215 nurses from 6 general hospitals in the northeast part of Sichuan. Results The rate of accurate answer to morphine-related questions was comparatively low(averagely less than 50%).Nurses working in oncologic department did far more better than those working in other departments in such fields as morphine usage and precautions,and three-step analgesic ladder program for cancer pain,etc(P<0.01 for all).The source of nurses′ knowledge of morphine is rare. Conclusion The nurses are not deeply knowledgeable about morphine.It is suggested that standardized training program on cancer pain management be launched and relative policies be formulated to strengthen the management of morphine and to improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
