立止血注射液治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血临床研究

目的研究立止血注射液对消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的疗效。方法133例经内镜证实的消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者随机分为两组，其中立止血治疗组100例，潘妥拉唑组33例。分别予以立止血2kU及潘妥拉唑40mg静脉滴注，每日1次，连续5d。结果立止血组96例（占96．00％）患者于3d内止血，疗效判断为显效；4例（占4．00％）患者于4～5d内止血，疗效判断为有效；无效0例，总有效率为100．00％。潘妥拉唑组32例（占96．97％）患者于3d内止血，疗效判断为显效；1例（占3．03％）患者于4～5d内止血，疗效判断为有效；无效0例，总有效率为100．00％。两组在治疗上消化道出血显效率及有效率方面均差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论立止血是治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的有效药物。

Clinical Study of Reptilase for Injection on the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer and Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective To observe the curative effect of Reptilase for injection on peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methotis 133 patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding confirmed by upper gastrointestinal endoscopy were randomly divided into two groups. One hundred cases were in the group of which were treated with Reptilase for injection and 33 patients were in the control group treated with Pantoprazole. Two patients were treated with Reptilas for injection 2kU or pantoprazole 40mg intravenously respectively once a day and the course of therapy was 5 days. The clinical signs of the patients including the amount of bleeding were observed. Results In Reptilas group,the peptic ulcer bleeding in 96 cases（96.00%） stopped in 3 days,4 cases（4.00%） in 4 to 5 days,while in Pantoprazol group, the bleeding in 32 cases（96.97%） stopped in 3 days, 1 case（3.03%） in 4 to 5 days. The total effective rate for controlling peptic ulcer bleeding was both 100.00% in two groups,there were no significant differences between two groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Reptilase for injection is an effective and safe drug for peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
