心绞痛型冠心病患者的心率震荡现象分析

目的探讨心绞痛型冠心病的。率震荡现象。方法将105例拟诊为心绞痛型冠心病的患者按照冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组和对照组，冠心病组53例，对照组52例。每例患者均做24h动态心电图检查，取得心率震荡（HRT）参数：震荡初始（TO）和震荡斜率（TS）。比较二组间TO、TS的原始数值、二组间TO、TS异常的阳性率以及按照HRT异常分级比较二组间各级构成。结果冠心病组的TO明显大于对照组、TS明显小于对照组，冠心病组的TO、TS异常的阳性率明显高于对照组，二组间的HRT异常分级各级构成比差异有统计学意义。结论心绞痛型冠心病患者的心率震荡现象明显减弱或消失。

HEART RATE TURBULENCE OF CORONARY HEART DISEASE

Objective To detect the heart rate turbulence of coronary heart disease. Methods We selected the patients who was considered to be diagnosed as CHD, Then all the selected inpatients were undergone coronary angiography （CAG） and ambulatory electrocardiography（AECG）. The patients with available PVC in the AECG were divided into CHD group and controlled group who had available PVC in the AECG. Compared the original data of TO,TS and the positive rate of abnormal TO,TS between the two groups. Results In the CHD group, TO is higher and TS is lower than that in the controlled group; Both the positive rate of abnormal TO and the positive rate of abnormal TS in the CHD group is obviously higher than that of the controlled group;Therers obvious difference between the groups in every level. Conclusion The heart rate turbulence （HRT） in patients with CHD is obviously weakened and even disappeared.
