| 摘 要： | 目的比较分析针灸治疗在面瘫不同时期的临床效果。方法在周围性面瘫的早期及恢复期采用针刺面部及全身穴位的方法进行治疗。结果针灸治疗周围性面瘫的成功率为80%以上。结论针灸是治疗周围性面瘫的一种有效手段,早期及恢复期在取穴及针法上有所区别,早期应用效果优于恢复期,具有一定的临床意义及应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the curative effect of peripheral facial paralysis in varied stage.Methods The facial and whole body acupoint were selected to treat the PFP in early stage and convalescent stage. Results The suecessful rate of acupuncture for PFP was 80%. Conclusion It might an effective method to treat PFP in early stage and convalescent stage with varied stitch. It might be better in early stage than other. |
