《金匮要略》和法防治亚健康运用探要

在临床实践中,中医治疗八法中之"和法"应用非常广泛,随着时代的发展,生活环境与疾病谱的改变,使得身心疾病等日益增多,世界卫生组织研究表明,目前有60%的人处于不同程度的亚健康状态中。祖国医学认为人与环境、人体自身内部以及人的饮食起居情绪等活动都应是处于一种和谐协调的状态,健康是人类、自然及社会之间的一种动态平衡状态。亚健康的主要病机特点是脏腑气血阴阳失调所致,治疗上使人体内阴阳、气血、脏腑的偏盛偏衰状态达到一个动态平衡,达到"以平为期"。故和法对亚健康的治疗显得尤为重要。

Study on the Usage of Regulating Therapy of Synopsis of the Golden Champer to Prevent and Cure Sub- Health

In clinical practice,the regulating therapy,one of eight therapeutic methods in traditional Chinese medicine,is applied very extensively.With the development of ages,the living environment and spectrum of disease have been changed,and physically and mentally disease have been increasing.The research of World Health Organization showed that about 60% people is in different degree Sub-Health at present.Traditional Chinese Medicine think that it should be harmonious and concordant between person and environment,interior human body,and activities such as eating,sitting and emotion and so on.And health is a state of dynamic balance between mankind,nature,and society.The main pathogenesis characteristics of Sub-Health are the results of imbalance of Zang and Fu organ,QI and blood,YIN and YANG,and the aim of curing is to make a dynamic balance between YIN and YANG,QI and blood,Zang and Fu organ.So it is especially important to regulating therapy to cure Sub-Health.
