子宫颈病变中端粒酶表达的原位研究

目的　探讨端粒酶在宫颈癌发生发展过程中的作用 ,为宫颈癌的早期诊断、治疗和判定预后提供一定的理论基础。方法　采用原位杂交方法对 10例正常对照、6例重度不典型增生、10例原位癌、2 5例宫颈癌组织中端粒酶的表达进行检测。结果　端粒酶在正常对照组呈阴性表达 :在重度不典型增生组中有强弱不等的表达 ;90 %的原位癌有表达 ,与重度不典型增生组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,10 0 %宫颈癌中端粒酶有表达 ,与原位癌组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　端粒酶在宫颈癌中呈现高表达 ,有望成为临床检测宫颈癌发生的重要标志物和作为判定预后的有效方法

The experimental study in situ hybridzation on expression of telomerase in cervical carcinoma

Objective To investigate the function of telomerase and to provide experimental data for the early diagnosis, therapy and prognoses in cervical carcinoma.Methods Using in situ hybridzation, the expression of telomerase were tested in 10 cases normal cervical tissue, 6 cases serious dysplasia of of cervical epithelium, 10 cases cervical carcinoma in original position and 25 cases cervical carcinoma.Results The expression of telomerase is negative in normal cervical tissue and positive in serious dysplasia, but its intensity is different; 90% cervical carcinoma in original position expresses telomerase ( P <0.01); Expression of telomerase is 100% in cervical carcinoma and higher than that of in original position ( P <0.05).Conclusion The over-expression of telomerase might be the important marker of clinical diagnosis and helpful to predict prognoses in cervical carcinoma.
