摘    要:为研究铬(Cr)对大鼠体重的影响及其与瘦素和胰岛素的关系,将80只大鼠按体重随机分为8组,分别为基础饲料对照组、3个基础饲料实验组「葡萄糖酸铬,相当于每天摄入Cr(Ⅲ)1、2和3mg/kgBW」、高脂饲料对照组、3个高脂饲料实验组(铬含量同上)。每周称重1次,并于第8周末断头取血,用放射免疫法分别检测血清中的瘦素及胰岛纛,同时称取大鼠的肝、脾、肾和睾丸,计算脏/体比值。结果显示,高脂饲料组与基础饲

Abstract:In order to observe the effect of chromium on rat body weight, serum leptin and insulin, eight groups of rats were randomly fed diets (basal diet or high-fat diet) with different levels of chromium gluconate [proximally Cr(III) 1,2 and 3 mg/kg BW]. All rats were weighted once a week. By the end of the 8th week, all rats were decapitalized and the levels of serum leptin and insulin were tested by RIA method. The ratio of liver, spleen, kidney and testickle to body weight were calculated. The average body weight and the levels of leptin and insulin of high-fat-diet groups were significantly higher than those of the basal-diet group (P < 0.05), but the insulin and leptin of groups with chromium were significantly lower than their corresponding control groups without chromium(P < 0.05). It was concluded that chromium could cause weight loss slightly and reduce the levels of insulin and leptin.
