| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除的手术方式、适应证和疗效。方法 :应用腹腔镜行子宫肌瘤剔除术 2 5例。结果 :腹腔镜手术成功 2 4例 ,1例中转开腹 ,术中出血约 80ml,手术时间 30～ 180min ,平均用时80min ,术后无 1例发生并发症。结论 :腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术具有微创手术的优点 ,术野清晰 ,创面电凝少 ,减少了组织坏死 ,利于组织愈合 ,术后患者月经正常 ,不影响妊娠

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the operative way,indications and therapeutic effect of laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.Methods:25 cases with hysteromyoma were operated by laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.Results:24 cases were succeeded by laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy. One case transferred to open operation.Conclusions:Laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy is effective. Operative field is distinct. The electric coagulation of surgface of wound is small. The tissue damage is decreased. The tissue healing is promoted. The patients' menstrual cycle is normal. Laparoscopic hysteromyormectomy hasn't the influence on the pregnancy of the patients. |
