长葛市2005年肺结核线索调查情况分析

目的为了准确掌握长葛市肺结核疫情现状,探索结核病防治对策。方法采用寻找结核病线索人员的方法,对全市居民692334人进行肺结核调查。结果发现线索人员11560人,其中肺部有疑似肺结核阴影的1637人;新发现肺结核293人,其中涂阳128人,完成全年任务的49.42%(128/259)。当月新发病例及涂阳病例与同年上月及2004年同期相比明显增加,且涂阳检出率较高(43.69%)。结论长葛市肺结核疫情形势比较严峻,传染源发现工作仍需加强。在加大行政干预的同时,应加强结核病健康促进工作,从而实现高发现率、高治愈率,以达到控制和消灭结核病的目的。

Analysis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Changge City in 2005

[Objective] To grasp the epidemic situation of pulmonary tuberculosis infection in Changge and explore effective measures for the prevention and control.[Methods]Pulmonary tuberculosis clues were searched;692 334 residents in the city were investigated.[Results]11 560 clue patients were found,among which 1637 were suspected pulmonary tuberculosis,293 were newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis(128 of them were smear positive);49.42% of the annual task were fulfilled.The newly diagnosis rate and smear positive rate increased significantly compared with that of last year(2004).[Conclusion ]The epidemic situation of pulmonary tuberculosis is rather severe;administrative intervention should be strengthened in order to control and eliminate tuberculosis.
