| 摘 要： | 目的了解甲状腺机能亢进症(简称甲亢)和甲状腺机能减退症(简称甲减)患者的中医体质分布状况。方法采用中医体质量表与评定表对117例甲亢患者和172例甲减患者进行中医体质调查,并对甲亢、甲减2组兼夹偏颇体质进行比较。结果甲亢中医体质出现频次依次为气郁质63次、阴虚质41次、气虚质37次、平和质28次、痰湿质28次、阳虚质25次、湿热质15次、瘀血质9次、特禀质7次;甲减中医体质出现频次依次为气虚质91次、阳虚质82次、气郁质58次、阴虚质49次、痰湿质46次、平和质29次、湿热质25次、瘀血质15次、特禀质13次。2组比较差异有显著性,2组患者均以兼夹复合体质类型为主。结论甲亢、甲减中医体质分布有一定规律性和差异性。
