氨基酸肠外营养对肺癌化疗患者褪黑素水平及不良反应的影响

目的探讨氨基酸肠外营养对肺癌化疗患者褪黑素水平及不良反应的影响。方法将60例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为单纯化疗组（对照组）与营养支持联合化疗组（实验组），两组均采用相同的NP化疗方案（顺铂联合长春瑞滨）。实验组在化疗期间同步给予9-复合氨基酸（500ml／d）。连续观察两个周期，测定每一化疗周期前后血清褪黑素的水平，并观察患者血液学指标及营养指标的变化。结果第二周期化疗后，对照组褪黑素水平下降（P〈0．05），试验组升高（P〈0．05），且高于对照组（P〈0．05）；对照组淋巴细胞，血小板，血红蛋白，白蛋白均较化疗前下降（P〈0．05），实验组较化疗前下降不明显（P〉0．05），且高于对照组水平（P〈0．05）。结论9-复合氨基酸肠外营养可以提高化疗患者褪黑素水平，降低化疗不良反应。

The effect of amino acid parenteral nutrition on serum of melatonin and adverse reaction of lung cancer patients received chemotherapy

Objective To invesgate the effects of Parenteral nutrition(PN)with amino acid on serum melatonin and adverse reaction of non-small lung cancer patients received chemotherapy.Method Sixty non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly devided into two groups.The same NP(cisplatin vinorelbine)was carried out in two groups.During consecutive two cycles of chemotherapy,amino acid PN was given to the study group and the control group were treated by chemotherapy alone.The concentration of serum melatonin was measured before and after chemotherapy.The parameters of hematology and nutrition were observed.Result After two chemotherapy cycles the melatonin concentration of control group was lower than before(P<0.05)and study group(P<0.05).After two cycles the lymphocyte, hemoglobin, albumin of control was lower than before,while no the same event occurred in the study gruop(P>0.05).Conclusion 9-compound amino acide is able to elevate serum melatonin of non-small cell lung cancer patients who received chemotherapy and could reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy.
