人脊髓GFAP阳性细胞和NF阳性神经元的关系

摘    要:目的观察脊髓GFAP和NF阳性细胞的发育关系,为中枢移植供体胎龄的选择提供依据。方法意外死亡胎儿脊髓19例,用GFAP、NF多克隆抗体SP免疫组织化学染色,并行图像分析。结果NF阳性神经元染色强度渐增强;GFAP阳性细胞染色强度渐下降。NF阳性神经元密度在胚胎早期升高,晚期呈下降趋势,32周时下降明显;GFAP阳性细胞分布不均,白质内密度增加缓慢;灰质内密度增加迅速,32周时增加明显,后趋平缓。结论人胚脊髓发育过程中,神经细胞与星形胶质细胞的染色强度、密度的变化呈负相关。人中枢神经移植时以16周胎龄脊髓作供体较为适宜。

Abstract:Objective To observation the relation of development of astrocyte and neuron in human fetal spinal cord, and provide gist for transplant of central nervous system. Methods Nineteen fetal spinal cords were immunohistochemical staining with polyclonal ant-GFAP and ant-NF antibody, and was measured by computerized image analysis. Results The coloration intensity of NF-like neurons was increased and GFAP-like astrocytes was declined. The density of NF-like neurons was increased at early and then was decreased, and the density was declined distinctly at 32 weeks, the density of GFAP-like astrocytes was increased slowly in white matter and increased speedy in gray matter. Conclusion The coloration intensity and density NF-like neurons and GFAP-like astrocytes was opposition correlation. 16-weeks-fetal is suitable for spinal cord graft.
