化疗患者睡眠障碍状况调查及影响因素分析

目的通过对100例内科化疗患者睡眠障碍情况进行调查,分析相关因素,以便制订针对性的护理措施。方法应用自制的患者基本资料调查表、睡眠障碍相关因素调查表以及国际通用的Athen失眠调查表对100例住院化疗患者进行问卷调查。结果49％的患者存在睡眠障碍,24％的患者存在可疑睡眠障碍,27％患者不存在睡眠障碍。单因素分析发现睡眠障碍与焦虑、恐惧等心理因素和疼痛、夜尿频多及生活习惯改变等生理和部分环境因素密切相关。结论化疗患者睡眠障碍受到多种因紊的影响,应加强化疗患者睡眠护理,根据其主要影响因素,采取针对性护理措施,来提高患者的蟾眠质量。

Investigation on the sleeping disturbance and analyze the correlation factors in patients with chemotherapy

Objective o investigate the sleeping disturbance and analyze the correlation factors in 100 patients with chemotherapy to work out relative nursing intervention. Melhods 100 patients with chemotherapy were inquired with questionnaires of home-made information and of correlation factors about dyssomnia and the international Athens questionnaire. Results 49% patients displayed dyssomnia, while 24% patients displayed doubtful and 27% patients did not. By univariate analysis,we found that the dyssomnia was correlated with psychologic factors, such as anxiety and fear. Physiologic factors such as pain, nocturia and living habit change and some environmental factors were also correlated to the dys- somnia. Conclusions The dyssomnia in patients with chemotherapy is affected by many factors. It should strengthen the patients sleeping nursing and take relative nursing intervention by main influence factors to elevate the sleep quality.
