摘    要:目的调查分析湖北省阳新县富水下游防洪灭螺治理一期工程与钉螺消长情况,为考核与评估水利血防工程的综合效益提供科学依据。方法实施堤防加固、抬滩降滩、铲草深埋钉螺、涵闸改造、增设拦螺设施以及灌溉区硬化灭螺等措施。结果钉螺面积减少143.40 hm2,下降率为58.15%,活螺平均密度下降96.83%,钉螺感染率下降100%,人群感染率和耕牛感染率分别下降76.79%和90.11%。结论实施富水下游防洪灭螺治理一期工程是消灭钉螺、控制血吸虫病流行的有效措施,取得了显著的社会与经济效益。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the comprehensive benefit of the hydraulic schistosomiasis control project.MethodsThe snail status was investigated in the first phase project of flood and snail control at the downstream of Fushui River in Yangxin County,Hubei Province.ResultsThe snail area declined by 143.40 hm2,with a decline rate of 58.15%.The density of living snails and the infection rate of snails decreased by 96.83% and 100%,respectively.The infection rates of schistosome in humans and bovines decrecsed by 76.79% and 90.11%,respectively.ConclusionThe first phase of flood and snail control project at the downstream of Fushui River is an effective measure for snail and schistosomiasis control,which has achieved significant social and economic benefit.
