疥宁霜等治疗蠕形螨性外耳道瘙痒症的疗效观察

本文对南通市不同人群外耳道瘙痒患者822人采用透明胶带法进行毛囊蠕形螨(Demodex folliculorum)和皮脂蠕形螨(D.brevis)病原学检查,并对阳性的188人分别选用疥宁霜、灭滴灵+维生素B_6及4％硼酸酒精治疗,1周后复查173例,蠕形螨阴转率分别为98.4％、94.4％和70.2％。控制外耳道瘙痒的症状,总有效率分别为88.7％、70.4％和31.60％。疥宁霜和灭滴灵+维生素B_6两治疗组优于4％硼酸酒精治疗组(P<0.01)。提示疥宁霜和灭滴灵+维生素B_6在治疗蠕形螨性外耳道瘙痒症中疗效较佳。

Therapeutic Effects of Lindane Cream on Demodex Pruritus of External Auditory Canal

822 cases of all ranks suffering from Demodex pruritus of external auditory canal were examined with cellophane swab.188 patients with pathogenic positivity were treated with Lindane cream,Metronidazole with Vitamin B6,and 4% Alcoholic boric acid respectively.One week after treatment,173 patients were reexamined and the Demodex negative conversion rates were found to be 98.4%,94.4%,and 70.2% respectively.The total effective rates were 88.7%,70.4%,and 31.6%.It is suggested that Lindane cream and Metronida/ole with Vitamin B6 would be more effective than 4% alcoholic boric acid for the treatment of Demodex external auditory pruritus (P<0.01).
