| 摘 要： | 本研究对30例抑郁症住院病人服用阿普唑呛与阿米替林的疗效及副反应,以阿米替林为标准药,进行了双盲对照观察。结果表明:二药疗效相近,副反应发生率阿米替林组高于阿普唑(口仑)组。

| Abstract: | Thirty depressed patients were investigated for the efficacy and the side effects of alprozolam and amitriptyline.Amitriptyline was taken for control in the double blind trial.The results show that the efficacy of the two drugs for depressed patient it almost the same.The side effects of amitriptyline are more common than that of alprozolam |
