| 摘 要： | 报告51例顽固性癫痫，男36例，女15例，平均年龄21岁。其中CT／MRI证实有脑部病灶者17例，无脑部病灶者34例。所有病例术前做单光子发射计算机断层扫描（SPECT）脑血流显像检查，术中做硬脑膜下条片状电极描记皮层脑电图检查，定位皮层致痫灶。结果：SPECT与电极定位致痫灶部位一致者46例，符合率为90.20％；SPECT定位大脑皮层致痫灶的灵敏度为97.87％。

| Abstract: | Fifty-one patients with intractable epilepsy who received surgical treatment were studied.Before operation,epileptogenic focus was located with regional cerebral blood flow SPECT imaging and subdural strip electrode ECOG monitoring.The results showed that the accuracy rate of focus location with SPECT imaging was 90.20% and sensitivity was 97.87%. |
