九例脑膜瘤细胞遗传学研究

摘    要:采用短期培养法对9例脑膜瘤组织进行细胞遗传学分析,7例获得成功。其中4例干系核型正常,3例干系为22单体并伴有其它染色体异常,且双微体出现率较高,1例标记染色体发现罕见的均染区。其它常累及的染色体有1、4、17、19和21号。本组染色体分析显示,22号单体为脑膜瘤最恒定的染色体异常,其缺失与脑膜瘤病因学相关。

Abstract:Cytogenetic analysis of 9 cases of meningiomas were performed after short term tumor cell culture.Metaphase cells of 7 cases were arrested.Normal karyotype was found in 4 cases.Monosomy 22 in the remaining three cases with other chromosomal abnormalities included double minutes and homogeneously stainging region.Other chromosomes commonly involved were 1,4,17,19,and 21.Karyotypic analysis confirmed that monosomy 22 is the most consistent chromosomal abnormality in meningiomas.The results suggest that specific loss of region on chromosome 22 be associated with meningiomas oncogenesis.
