| 摘 要： | 目的:建立一种简便,灵敏,重现性好的抗骨增生片中淫羊霍苷含量的高效液相色谱法测定方法。方法:采用Hypersil C18柱(200×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-水(28∶72)为流动相;流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长为270 nm。结果:淫羊霍苷在0.15~0.60μg之间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996;平均回收率为98.29%,RSD=0.75%(n=9);日内精密度(RSD=1.10%,n=9)良好。结论:本方法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠、重现性好,可作为抗骨增生片中淫羊霍苷的含量测定方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a simple,sensitive and reproducible method for determination of icariin in Kanggu Zengsheng tablet by HPLC.Methods: An external standard method by HPLC with Hypersil C18 column as fixed phase and acetonitrile-H2 O(28∶ 72) as mobile phase was adopted.The detection wave length was 270 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results: Icariin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.15 ～0.60 μg(r=0.9996),and the average recovery rate was 98.29%,RSD=0.75%(n=9);Exactitude was well(RSD=1.10%,n=9).Conclusion: The method is simple and fast,the results are accurate,reliable and reproducible which can be adoptable for quantitative analysis of icariin in Kanggu-Zengsheng tablet. |
