| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电动牙刷结合冲洗法对经口气管插管患者口腔护理的临床效果。方法将62例经口气管插管病人按简单随机化方法分为实验组32例和对照组30例。实验组采用电动牙刷含氟牙膏刷洗结合无菌水冲洗法进行口腔护理，对照组采用传统的口腔护理方法。对两组患者的牙菌斑去除率及口腔并发症进行对比研究。结果实验组牙菌斑去除率和口臭、口腔炎、口腔溃疡的发生率较对照组明显下降，差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用电动牙刷含氟牙膏刷洗结合无菌水口腔冲洗法能有效去除牙菌斑，预防口腔感染。
