中韩蠕虫病防治调查

采用多种检查方法以进一步调查少数民族居民寄生虫感染的种类，感染率，感染度。结果：查出寄生虫１２种，感染一种虫的占８６．８％，二种虫的占１３．２％，居民平均感染率为３０．９％，其中蛔虫为１０．８％，晓虫为３９．３％，其余低于１０％，华枝睾吸虫的感染率属中度、线虫、原虫、绦虫均属轻度。男性感染率为２８．１％，女性为２４．６％，中间宿主－纹沼螺全部阴性，鱼感染率为０．４％，提示：不同年龄组人群体内虫种构

Investigation on China-Korea helminthic disease control

Several examination methods were taken to explore the species,infection rate and infectiosity of parasitic infection in minority residents in Chonghe Village and Changsha Village of Fusui County,Nanning Prefecture Results showed that 12 species of parasites were detected 86 8% of the infected cases were infected with one kind of parasite,13 2% with two kinds The average infection rate in residents was 30 9%,of which 10 8% were infected with Ascaris,39 3% with Enterobius vermicularis,less than 10% with other parasites The infectiosity of Clonorchis sinensis was intermediate and infectiosity of nemathelminth,protozoon and tapeworm was slight Infection rate was 28 1% in male and 24 6% in female All of the Parafossarulus striatulus-intermediate hosts collected were negative The infection rate of fish was 0 4% It is suggested that infection rate and infectiosity are different in different age groups with different component ratio of parasites in their bodies This might be related to the factors of frequency of contact with soil and feces in their daily life and production,and scope of productive activities The drop in infection rate in residents relates to the economic improvement,rise of health awareness and fewer chances of infection in villagers
