脑实质内神经鞘瘤的影像学表现

摘    要:目的 分析脑实质内神经鞘瘤的影像学表现。 方法 收集7例经病理证实的脑实质内神经鞘瘤的CT或MRI资料,并对其影像学表现进行分析。 结果 脑实质内神经鞘瘤呈不均匀高低混杂密度或T1WI低信号、T2WI高信号,并伴有瘤周出血及液平面、钙化和骨质破坏征象;病灶周围呈轻或中度水肿,占位效应明显。增强扫描后,肿瘤呈轻度或显著强化,部分呈环形强化。 结论 脑实质内神经鞘瘤在影像学表现具有相对特征性,诊断需结合病理学和免疫组化检查。

Abstract:Objective To observe the CT and MRI appearances of intraparenchymal schwannoma. Methods The imaging features of 7 patients with intraparenchymal schwannoma proved histologically were retrospectively analyzed. Results The mass showed mixed density or hypo-intensity on T1WI and hyper-intensity on T2WI, with hemorrhage, fluid level, calcification and bone destruction. Mild or moderate edema existed around the mass, and the mass effect was obvious. The masses mildly or obviously enhanced after contrast medium injection, some showed ring like enhancement. Conclusion Intraparenchymal schwannoma has relative characteristic appearances, the diagnosis of which should be based on pathological and immunolhistochemical examination.
