| 摘 要： | 目的:观察百令胶囊辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:90例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各45例,两组患者在良好控制血糖、血压基础上,治疗组加用百令胶囊1g,po tid,疗程12周;治疗前后监测空腹血糖(FBG)、24 h尿微量白蛋白(UMA)定量、C反应蛋白(CRP)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)。结果:治疗组治疗后CRP、24 h UMA明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。TC、TG、LDL明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组疗效亦有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊能够明显减少24 h UMA、CRP、TC、TG和LDL,对早期糖尿病肾病有良好的辅助治疗作用。
