| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨左氧氟沙星致不良反应发生的规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过中国知网(CNKI)的中国医院知识仓库(CHKD)期刊全文数据库及万方数据库检索到1999～2010年有关左氧氟沙星致不良反应的有效文献322篇,并按患者性别、年龄、原患疾病与过敏史、给药途径、累及器官或系统及临床表现等方面进行统计、分析。结果:收集左氧氟沙星所致不良反应296例,其中,248例(83.78%)通过静脉途径给药;不良反应以神经系统及全身性损害最多,有79例(26.35%);其发生时间最早的在用药1min内,最迟的在用药2个月后。结论:左氧氟沙星引起的不良反应临床表现复杂多样,其发生与多种因素有关,最严重的可能引起死亡,值得临床医师关注。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the regularity and characteristics of ADRs induced by levofloxacin.Method: Based on the CHKD and Wanfang database,a total of 322 literatures about levofloxacin-induced ADRs were collected and statistically analyzed in respect of patients' gender,age,case history,administration route and clinical manifestation.Result: 248 cases(86.78%) were given levofloxacin intravenously.79 cases(26.35%) presented damages in the nervous system or the whole body.The most immediate ADR occurred within 1 ... |
