| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院药品不良反应（ADR）发生的特点及引发ADR的相关因素，促进临床合理用药。方法：对我院2006—2010年收集的303例ADR报告进行回顾性分析。结果：303例ADR报告中，各年龄段均有分布，50岁以上的患者较多；给药途径以静脉给药为主，共235例（77．6％）；抗微生物药139例（38．7％），其次是中药制剂58例（16．2％）；皮肤及附件损害最多，有108例（28．7％）。结论：ADR发生与多种因素有关，应积极开展ADR监测工作，以减少或避免ADR的发生。
