| 摘 要： | 目的加强对贫血患者病因的筛查和诊断,防止误诊误治。方法设立以骨髓、便隐血、尿素氮为观察指标的贫血患者病因诊断筛查方法。结果 268例重度贫血患者中,筛查确诊小肠恶性肿瘤16例。结论重度贫血是小肠恶性肿瘤早期临床表现之一,对贫血患者应着重病因的筛查和诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To strengthen the screening and diagnosis of anaemic etiopathogenisis, and preventing misdiagnosis and mistreatment.Methods Bone marrow,fecal occult blood, blood urea nitrogen were set up as a barometer for the etiological. Results of 268 cases of severe anemia patients, 16 cases were confirmed as intestinal cancer. Conclusion Severe anemia is an early clinical manifestation of the small intestine cancer. Screening and diagnosis of anaemic etiopathogenisis is the key to patients with anaemic. |
