EP方案同步放化疗治疗局限期小细胞肺癌的疗效分析

目的评价EP方案同步放化疗对比序贯放化疗治疗局限期小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法局限期小细胞肺癌患者53例,分为同步放化疗组21例,序贯放化疗组32例,比较两者患者的临床疗效。结果同步放化疗组中位疾病进展时间为9.1±2.2个月,序贯放化疗组为5.2±1.6个月。同步放化疗组无进展生存时显著长于序贯放化疗组;总生存比较两组差别无统计学意义(HR=0.93,95%CI:0.47～1.81 P=0.82)。结论 EP方案同步放化疗可以显著延长患者无进展生存时间,但不能延长患者总的生存时间。

Curative effect analysis of EP concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of localized small-cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate and compare the clinical effect of EP concurrent chemoradiotherapy and sequential chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of localized small-cell lung cancer. Methods 53 patients with small-cell lung cancer at the limited stage were divided into two groups. 21 patients as the group A were given the concurrent chemoradiotherapy and 32 patients as the group B were given the sequential chemoradiotherapy. Then the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The median progression-free time was 9. 1 ± 2.2 months in the group A and 5.2 ± 1.6 months in the group B. The duration of progression-free survival （PFS） was much longer in the group A than in the group B, but the total survival time between the two groups had no statistical difference （ HR = 0. 47, 95% CI： 0. 23 - 0. 94 P = 0. 032）. Conclusion Compared with the sequential chemotherapy, EP program chemoradiotherapy can significantly prolong the duration of PFS, but cannot prolong the overall survival time.
