小儿不典型咳嗽肺炎临床分析

目的:观察分析小儿不典型咳嗽肺炎的临床特点,诊治方法及疗效,总结其临床意义。方法:选取小儿不典型咳嗽肺炎的患儿72例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例,观察比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组复发0例,总有效率为88.9%;对照组复发4例,总有效率为69.4%,两组疗效及复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿不典型咳嗽肺炎的临床表现多种多样,需要结合患儿的病史、实验室检查结果、临床特点等多方面进行综合分析,具有重要的临床意义。

Clinical analysis of atypical pneumonia of children cough

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment,method and effect of atypical pneumonia of children cough,and summarize the clinical significance.Method 72 cases of patients who were with atypical pneumonia of children cough in our hospital from February 2004 to February 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group was 36 cases,observed and compared the treatment effect of these two groups.Results Observation group had 0 cases of recurrence,and the total effective rate was 88.9%;the control group had four cases of recurrence,and the total effective rate was 69.2%,the therapeutic effect and relapse rate had significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical features of atypical pneumonia of children cough are various,and we need a combination of medical history,laboratory data,clinical features and other aspects of a comprehensive analysis,and it has important clinical significance.
