银川市中学生危害健康行为状况调查

目的了解银川市中学生危害健康行为的现状，为对其进行行为健康教育提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法在银川市选取高中和初中学各两所及私立中学一所，在所选中学的每个年级抽取2个班，抽到班级的所有学生为此次调查的对象，共1720人，回收有效问卷1600份，有效回收率93．02％；采用自制问卷进行不记名问卷调查，当场回收问卷。结果（1）49．7％的学生平时上街不遵守交通规则；（2）有43．1％的学生不能保证每天吃早餐；（3）学生吸烟率为37．6％，饮酒率为67．5％，男生喝酒比例高于女生（P＜0．05）；（4）有13．4％的学生有网络成瘾，男生的网络成瘾情况比女生严重（P＜0．05），初中组网络成瘾比例高于高中组（P＜0．05）。结论银川市中学生健康危险行为现状不容乐观，应从社会、学校、家庭及各方面促进青少年心理健康发展，减少危害健康的行为出现。

An Investigation for Health-risk Behaviors among Middle School Students in Yinchuan

Objective To collect the basic information about health-risk behaviors and provide the basic information for behavior health education among middle school students in Yinchuan area.Methods Using the stratified and cluster sampling,1720 middle school students were recruited and investigated in two public high schools,two public junior high schools and one private junior high schools.The sample consisted of two class in all grade students in schools.A selfdesigned and anonymous questionnaire was used in all subjects.Results WT5B1]About 49.7% students did not abide by traffic rule;About 43.1% students had breakfast not everyday;37.6% of students smoked.68.5% of students drank alcohol.13.4% of students had internet addiction and the rate in boys was higher than that in girls(P<0.05) and the rate in senior school students was higher than that in junior school students(P<0.05).Conclusion The health-risk behaviors among middle school students in Yinchuan was serious.It is necessary to develop health education for prevention against health-risk behaviors.
