| 摘 要： | 为了探讨介入化疗栓塞治疗巨块型宫颈癌的临床疗效 ,对 2 4例巨块型宫颈癌患者采用含DDP CTX为主要化疗药物进行双侧髂内动脉灌注及栓塞髂内动脉介入化学治疗 ,观察近期疗效。结果经介入化疗后 ,巨块型宫颈癌患者的临床症状明显缓解 ,局部控制率达 95 3 0 %。初步研究结果提示 ,用介入化疗可提高巨块型宫颈癌的近期疗效

| Abstract: | To eavaluate the clinical efficacy of intervention chemotherapy in the treatment of bulky cervical cancer.Twenty-four cases of bulky cervical cancer were treated by intervention chemotherapy using DDP CTX.The curative effects in the near future were investigated.After intervention chemotherapy,the clinical symptoms of bulky cervical cancer patients relieved obviously,and the local control rate reached 95.30%.Intervention chemotherapy has great effects in the treatment of bulky cervical cancer. |
