360例外科围手术期抗茵药物预防应用调查分析

目的：了解我院外科围手术期预防用抗菌药物的现状及合理性。方法：随机抽取外科手术病历共360份，统计围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物情况，评价其合理性。结果：360例手术病历抗菌药物预防性使用率100％。其中，I类切口手术204例，合理的有2例（0．98％）；II类切口手术146例，合理9例（6．16％）；Ⅲ类切口手术10例，合理1例（10．00％），总合格率为3．61％。用药时机正确16例（4．44％）；选用的药物超标准的320例（88．89％），术后用药时间正确的13例（3．6l％）及联合用药不合理（包括无指征）的191例（53．06％）。结论：我院在围手术期抗菌药物的预防使用中存在着较突出的不合理现象，应引起足够的重视。

The investigation and analysis of usage of antibacterials for precaution surrounding surgical operation period 360 cases

objective： to understand the current situation and rationality of antibacterials for precaution surrounding surgieal oper- ation period in our hospital. Methods： to collect 360 case files randomly from surgical operation files, to add up the information of using antibacterials for precaution surrounding surgical operation period and to evaluate the rationality. Results： the usage rate of antibacterials for precaufiono of the selected 360 case files is 100%. Among them, the number of I kind operation cut is 204, 2 cases are rational （0. 98%）; the number of Ⅱ kind opeation cut is 146, 9 cases are rational （6.16%）; the number of Ⅲ kind operation cut is 10 cases, 1 case is rational （10.00%）, the total qualified ate is 3.61%. the case number of right time medication is 16% （4.44%） ;the ease number of adopting superstandard medicine is 320 cases （88.89%）,the case numbg.r of adopting medicine timely is 13 （3.61%） and irrational associated medication （ including non-indication） is 191 53.06%）. Conclusion： the irrational usage of antibacterials for precaution surrounding surgical operation period remains conspicuous in our hospital, it should be alerted.
