我院2009年治疗消化性溃疡药物应用状况分析

目的：探讨我院2009年治疗消化性溃疡药物应用状况。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年500例消化性溃疡患者应用药物情况。结果：销售金额（DDDs）排序前4位的分别为奥美拉唑、泮托拉唑、阿莫西林和甲硝唑。500例患者中共发生不良反应有40例，发生率为8．0％。结论：本院消化性溃疡患者有逐年增多的趋势，在临床上应严格掌握使用消化性溃疡药物的指征，避免盲目无指征地滥用，加强不良反应的观察，合理联合用药。

Analysis of Drug Application OF Treatment of peptic ulcer in our hospital in 2009

Objective： To investigate the treatment of peptic ulcer in our hospital in 2009 of drug application status. Methods： A retrospective analysis of 500 cases in our hospital in 2009 patients with peptic ulcer drug. Results： The sales amount （DDDs） The top 4 bits are omeprazole, pantoprazole, amoxicillin and metronidazole. 500 cases of adverse reactions in patients with Communist China in 40 cases, the rate was 8.0%. Conclusion： The hospital patients with peptic ulcer increasing trend year by year, should be strictly controlled in the clinical indications for use of peptic ulcer drugs, no means to avoid the blind land abuse, strengthen the observation of adverse reactions, a reasonable combination.
