多维铁口服液治疗儿童缺铁性贫血的疗效观察

目的观察多维铁口服溶治疗学龄前儿童缺铁性贫血的临床疗效。方法入选学龄前儿童60例随机分为两组。治疗组（30例）予多维铁口服溶液治疗，对照组（30例）予口服小儿硫酸亚铁糖浆治疗。两组均按元素铁计算用药量，每次4mg／kg,每周给予服用1次，疗程均为6周。观察治疗后两组的临床疗效及治疗前后血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白变化情况与不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为91．38％，对照组总有效率为77．59％，2组比较有极显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论服用多维铁口服溶液对学龄前儿童缺铁性贫血有疗效明显优于单纯补充铁剂。

The effect of treating IDA children with iron multidimensional iron liquid

objective： To observe the multidimensional iron oral treatment of preschool children dissolve the clinical curative effect of iron-deficiency anaemia. Methods Preschoolers 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （30 cases） for the multidimensional iron oral solution treatment greup （30 cases） for the oral polio ferrous sulfate syrup treatment. Both groups every time used 4mg calculation every week to take one times. Results The treatment group total effectiveness is 91.38%, the comparison group total effectiveness for 77.59%, two groups of comparisons are extremely significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Taking muhidimensional iron liquid on preschool children iron-deficiency anaemia is better than only iron agent.
