327例海洛因依赖者HCV感染情况分析

目的:了解不同吸毒方式海洛因依赖者的HCV感染与肝功能异常情况,评估HCV感染和吸毒方式与性别、年限的关系.方法:327例海洛因依赖者入院时均进行血清HCV标志物及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)检测.结果:327例海洛因依赖者中,HCV感染114例(34.9%),ALT异常41例(12.5%).在注射方式依赖者中,感染率为62.3%(71/114);HCV感染与性别无关,与注射吸毒年限有关.吸毒年限≤1年的,感染率为36.8%,吸毒年限＞1年的,感染率为75.0%.烫吸方式依赖者,感染率为0.ALT异常主要与HCV感染有关.结论:注射方式吸食海洛因是海洛因依赖者感染HCV的主要因素,且感染率与注射吸毒年限呈正相关.

The Analysis of HCV Infection in 327 Heroin Addicts

Objective: To survey and analyze the relative factors of epidemiological situation including HCV infection and liver function abnormalities in heron addicts. Methods:327 addicts admitted to inpatient treatment were tested for hepatitis C virus markers and serum ALT related to drug-taking pattern. Results: Among these addicts the rate of HCV infection was 34.9% (71/327), and ALT abnormalities 12.5% (41/327). Sex difference had no correlation with HCV infection . But HCV infection rate was significantly related to drug-taking pattern. The rate of positive reaction among 114 injectors was 62.3% (71/114), but this rate of HCV infection among 213 snorts seemed zero. ALT abnormalities were significantly correlated with HCV infection. Conclusion: HCV infection was positively related with drug-taking pattern and duration of injection.
