| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨肝癌门静脉系统癌栓的多层螺旋CT的特征及其诊断价值。【方法】对20例肝癌患者行多层螺旋CT平扫及增强检查，并进行2D及3D重建图像以显示门脉情况。【结果】在20例患者中，无癌栓者10例，占50％；门静脉主干癌栓6例，占30％；门静脉分支癌栓3例，占15％；门静脉、肠系膜上静脉、脾静脉癌栓形成的1例，占5％。【结论】多层螺旋CT对肝癌门静脉癌栓的诊断具有重要的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | To investigate the diagnostic value of MDCT (multidetector CT) in characterizing the hepatic portal cancerous emboli in hepatic cell carcinomas.20 cases of hepatic carcinoma with plain and enhanced MDCT scan, 2D and 3D reconstruction was performed to visualize the portal vein better.10 of 20 cases (50%) without cancerous emboli; 6 cases(30%) with cancerous emboli in portal vein trunk; 3 cases (15%) of cancerous emboli within portal vein branches; 1 case of cancerous emboli within the portal vein and superior mesenteric vein and splenic vein.Conclusion]MDCT is of important diagnostic value of cancerous hepatic portal vein emboli. |
