| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨白内障超声乳化患者家庭病床护理的效果.方法 将180例白内障手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对观察组术前、术后集中强化宣教,比较两组患者接受主观护理宣教情况、术后视力以及接受治疗后综合满意率.结果两组在涉及护理效果上差异有显著意义,观察组明显优于对照组,而术后视力恢复无显著差异.结论白内障超声乳化患者家庭病床具有方便安全的优点,效果满意.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of the patients with phacoemulsification.Methods 180 cases with phacoemulsification were randomly divided into observation group and the control group.During perioperative stage.the special health education was performed in observation group.Two groups of patients were compared in receiving health education,poetoperative visual acuity and comprehensive satisfaction rate after treatment.Results Nursing effect in observation group was significantly better than that of control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative visual acuity.Conclusion Home-bed nursing for patients with phacoemulsification has advantages of convenience and safty and it has satisfactory result. |
