电针治疗对大鼠局灶性脑缺血ERK磷酸化的调节作用

摘    要:目的探讨电针对局灶性脑缺血大鼠顶叶皮质细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)蛋白磷酸化的影响。方法采用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)模型,将90只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组,即对照组、实验组、治疗组;治疗组以韩氏穴位神经刺激仪电针"百会""水沟"穴,每日1次,留针30min,治疗15d;治疗结束后用神经行为学评分标准评定大鼠的神经功能;应用实时定量PCR、Western Blotting和图像分析方法检测缺血侧顶叶皮质ERK1和ERK2的表达水平。结果经电针治疗后脑缺血大鼠损伤的神经行为学评分得到不同程度的改善。ERK1/2表达在大鼠局灶性缺血脑组织中显著升高。结论电针对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的ERK磷酸化起着重要的调节作用,并对缺血性脑损伤有一定保护作用。
