| 摘 要： | 目的制定过敏性疾病患儿常见的变应原组合,检查其灵敏度和特异度。方法选择124例过敏性疾病患儿,通过评估其过敏史,应用21种常见变应原进行皮肤点刺试验,并抽取5ml静脉血行血清学IgE检查。结果根据变应原皮肤试验阳性率制定的变应原组合为粉尘螨、屋尘螨、德国小蠊、艾蒿、大豚草、动物毛以及霉菌组合;该变应原组合其阳性率为99%,特异性为79%,阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为96%和94%;准确性为96%。结论本研究所制定的变应原组合具有良好的诊断学指标,符合卫生经济学要求。
