社区健康教育对高血压患者的影响

目的探讨社区健康教育对高血压患者的影响。方法对我院所属辖区内社区诊断为高血压的301例60岁以上老年患者,在进行规范的社区治疗过程中,开展系统地健康教育及生活行为方式干预工作,健康教育前后分别填写调查问卷,并对此项工作的效果进行了调查分析。结果通过系统健康教育和生活行为方式干预,患者的高血压防治主要知识知晓率前后改变有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;5种主要不良生活行为方式中,4种（高盐饮食、吸烟、超量饮酒、缺少运动和体力活动）前后改变有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;患者的治疗依从性率前后变化有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,高血压患者血压控制满意率前后改变也有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论健康教育是控制患者血压的有效途径,高血压患者应坚持药物和系统健康教育并用。

The rale of community health education in the treatment of hypertension
