椎管内硬膜外脊膜瘤临床分析(附6例报告及文献复习)

目的探讨硬膜外脊膜瘤的发病机理、临床表现、诊断治疗和预后中的一般规律。临床资料总结6例硬膜外脊膜瘤患者的临床资料并相关文献复习。6例病人临床表现为多种神经功能障碍,MRI可见椎管内硬膜外＂匍匐＂形生长肿物影,并呈＂C＂形包裹硬膜囊。分别对其行肿瘤近全或全切术,组织学诊断为：脊膜瘤。经随访1例术后复发。结论硬膜外脊膜瘤是一种少见的特殊类型的脊膜瘤,呈良性,需手术治疗,但远期复发不能除外。

The clinic study of spinal epidural meningiomas(a report of 6 cases)

Objective To explore the disease nature of spinal epidural meningiomas and to summarize the characteristics of its pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, the approach for dignosis and treatment as well as the prognosis. Clinical Material Systematic treatment was carried out in 6 spinal epidural meningioma patients. The data of these patients were analyzed and the relevant literature were reviewed. All patients presented with neurological symptoms. MRI showed epidural mass. On the sagital view, the mass usually presented as sheet-like lesions, but on axial images, these neoplasmas were more frequently found to be ＂C＂-like. After subtotal resection of the neoplasma, histological examination revealed meningioma in all patients. One patient had recurrent neoplasma 6 years later. Conclusion Epidural meningiomas is a special kind of epidual neoplasma with unique clinical presentations. It is benigh in nature and surgical resection is the treatment approach. The risk of recurrence can not be overlooked.
