医院统计工作发展方向的探讨

近年来,医院统计工作逐步受到重视,无论从人员配备或业务工作的开展,都有一定的发展。但是也应看到目前全国卫生统计人员的业务知识水平不一,统计工作的质量也参差不齐,一些统计人员只能完成工作报表的上报,而不能提出统计分析报告,不能根据医院管理工作的需要开展专题和综合分析,这样不利于医院管理工作的进一步提高。如何提高统计分析质量,不仅是统计工作目前存在的一个问题,而且也是统计工作发展中的一个问题。

A Discussion on the trend of the Hospital Statistics

Recent years, Hospital Statistics has got more attention from the leaders, in human resource and business. However, we notice that there are still some problems in hospital statistics, for example, the knowledge and the quality of the workers of hospital statistics in the country are uneven, and some workers cannot complete the reports, analyze the reports, nor do special and integrative analyses based on the needs of the hospitals. How to improve the quality of statistical analyses is not only an issue existed, but also an issue in the future.
