基层医院护士针刺伤现状与防护对策

目的了解基层医院护士针刺伤的情况,分析针刺伤发生的原因并提出防护对策。方法对2006年10月至2007年9月我市4家综合性医院临床一线轮班护士进行问卷调查。结果被调查的220名护士中,对职业防护知识掌握合格率为64.54%;认为职业防护非常重要占76.36%;1年内发生针刺伤占85%,次数最多达8次;门诊注射室是针刺伤高发区;针刺伤发生与护龄长短有显著相关性。结论护士职业防护意识淡薄,防护知识缺乏,年轻护士工作经验不足以及护理管理措施不到位等是发生针刺伤的主要原因。应加强护士职业防护知识的培训,提高护士职业安全防护意识,规范操作行为,以减少针刺伤给护士带来的职业危害。

Status and protective measures of nurses hurt by syring needles in basic hospitals

Objective To investigate the status of nurses hurt by syring needles in basic hospital.analyze the causes and formulate the protective measures.Methods In our city,Nurses of four hospitals be investigated by question and answer sheets.Results Among 220 nurses investigated,Qualified for mastering professional protection was 64.54%; the needle hurt nurses were 85% in a year,someone needled herself 8 times one year,especially in outpatient department.Conclusion Dim-thought,little-experience and neglect management was main factor causing needle hurting,Training of professional protective knowledge and standard operation was the key measure in nurse protection.
