家兔甲状腺内淋巴管铸型扫描电镜观察

用自行研制的水溶性淋巴管铸型剂（合成树脂三元共聚体的乳状溶液，共聚体含量占５０％），作器官实质注射，得到完整的兔甲状腺淋巴管铸型。甲状腺内淋巴管比相应的血管粗大，形状不规则，最显著的特点是许多淋巴管呈囊状膨大，且多位于小叶之间，称淋巴小囊，其大小与形状变化较大。这些淋巴小囊与其他淋巴管相互连接，构成三维的淋巴管系统，淋巴管铸型中呈盲端的淋巴管及一些淋巴小囊属于起始淋巴管（ｉｎｉｔｉａｌ ｌｙｍｐｈ

SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY OF CORROSION CASTS OF INTRATHYROID LYMPHATICS IN RABBIT

We have developed a water soluble lymphatic casting medium,which is a colloid dispersion of a terpolymer of synthetic resin in an aqueous media with 50% content of the copolymers,applied to parenchymal injection to replicate intraorganic lymphatics. By using this medium,the corrosion casts of rabbit thyroid lymphatic microvasculature have been accomplished with fullness and uniformity.Intraglandular lymphatics were much more irregular,coarse and bulky in shape than their blood vascular partners. The most striking features of intrathyroid lymphtics were the noticeably dilated lymph vessels, the great majority of which were in interlobular posion and called bursellae. They varied greatly both in size and form,and together with interconnecting lymphatics formed a closed three dimensional lymphatic system,Examination of the corrosion casts showed a few blinded-end lymph vessels which, as well as some of the bursellae,are likely to belong to the initial lymphatics.
