人工流产与输卵管性不孕的病例-对照研究

目的:探索人工流产是否增加输卵管性不孕的危险性。方法:采用病例-对照研究方法,调查对象为不孕妇女,病例为双侧输卵管阻塞者,对照为双侧输卵管通畅者。面对面调查收集资料,内容包括年龄、教育程度、职业、不孕年限、月经史、盆腔炎和腹部手术史、避孕史、孕产史等。多元Logistic回归方法进行统计分析。结果:人工流产似乎不增加输卵管性不孕的危险性,痛经和腹部手术史增加了输卵管性不孕的危险。结论:本研究未发现人工流产与输卵管性不孕的相关性,但应重视隐匿性生殖道感染对生育力的长期潜在影响。

Case-Control Study on Induced Abortion and Tubal Infertility

Objective:To determine if induced abortion increase the risk of tubal infertility.Methods:Case-control study was conducted.The cases were the women with tubal infertility and the controls were the women without tubal infertility.Data were collected by interviewed and included age,education,occupation,year of infertility,history of menstruation,pelvic infection and abdominal surgery,contraceptives and reproductive history.The data were analysed through multiple logistic regression method.Results:Induced abortion did not increase the risk of tubal infertility.There was an association among menorrhalgia,abdominal surgery and tubal infertility.Conclusion:Induced abortion was not related to tubal infertility.It was emphasized that non-evidence reproductive infection may have a long-term and potential effect on tubal infertility.
