CO2激光联合5-Fu外用治疗尖锐湿疣的临床观察

目的：评价CO2激光治疗后继外用5-Fu预防尖锐湿疣（CA）复发的临床疗效。方法：将183例用CO2激光治疗的尖锐湿疣患者设为激光治疗组，将195例CO2激光创面愈合后再外用5-Fu 10周尖锐湿疣患者设为联合治疗组：所有患者均有详细的治疗方案和随诊记录，对患者在4周、8周、12周的复发情况及不良反应进行记录。结果：激光治疗组在4周、8周、12周时的复发率分别为33．3％、18．6％、9．8％，而联合治疗组相应的复发率为13．6％、3．6％、1．0％。5-Fu的局部不良反应发生率为5．6％，主要表现为红肿灼热3．2％，糜烂渗出2．4％，其局部不良反应可耐受且暂停用药并适当处理可迅速痊愈，无系统不良反应。结论：CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣后继外用5-Fu能有效、安全地预防CA复发。

The clinical observation of condyloma acuminatum treated by CO2 laser combined with 5-Fu

Objectives： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and reeurrency of 5 - Fu applied topically after laser therapy in the treatment of Condyloma acuminatum （CA）. Methods： 183 patients treated with simply CO2 laser were control group and 195 patients treated with CO2 laser combining 5 - Fu were combined treatment group. All patients had been detailed the treatment pro- grams, follow-up records, relapse and adverse reactions in 4, 8, 12 weeks had been recorded to all patients. Results： The recurrence rates of laser - treated group were respectively 33.3%, 18. 6%, 9. 8% after 4, 8, 12 weeks. While the recurrence rates of combined therapy group were respectively 13.6%, 3.6%, 1.0%. After treatment with 5 - Fu, the rate of local adverse reaction was 5.6%. The main performance were flare and ardor（ 3.2% ） , exudative erosion （2.4%）. But the local tolerance and adverse reactions can be suspended and the proper disposal of medication can quickly recover. Conclusions ： CO2 laser combined with subsequently 5 - Fu can effectively and safely prevent the relapse of Condyloma aeuminatum.
