摘    要:目的:探讨以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)的教学效果在《急危重症护理学》教学中的应用。方法:将四年制、五年制的护理专业本科生分别随机分为PBL教学组(实验组)和传统教学组(对照组),两组一般资料无显著性差异。结果:PBL教学组对PBL教学法评价较好;理论考试成绩和实验操作考核与传统教学组相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:PBL教学优于传统教学,PBL教学方法提高了学生分析、解决问题的能力,促进了对相关知识和操作技能的掌握。PBL教学增加了《急危重症护理学》的教学效果。

Abstract:0bjective To explore the effect of PBL teaching in Acute Critical Care Nursing.Methods Undergraduate students of four-year and five-year educational system were randomly divided into PBL teaching group(experimental group) and traditional teaching group(control group) respectively.There was no significant difference in general information between the two groups.Results The evaluations of teaching effect were good for PBL teaching group.There was statistical significance about differences of theory and experiment scores between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching is superior to traditional teaching.It improves analyzing and solving ability of students,and accelerates their mastering of related knowledge and operational skills.It increasesteaching effect in Acute Critical Care Nursing.
