脂肪细胞因子-内脂素的研究进展

内脂素是近年新发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,广泛存在于人和小鼠的内脏脂肪组织中。内脂素具有类胰岛素的效应,能降低动物模型的血糖水平、促进内脏脂肪细胞的分化、参与炎性应答、抗细胞凋亡、参与细胞周期及具有烟酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶的活性;内脂素与肥胖、脂代谢异常、糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗、代谢综合征及心脑血管疾病等的发生有密切的联系。对其机制进一步研究可能为糖尿病和代谢综合征的治疗提供一个新的思路和方法。

Objective Visfatin is a a fat cell factor by discovering in recent that widely present in human and mouse visceral adipose tissue.Visfatin has insulin-like effects,can reduce blood glucose levels in animal models,to promote the use of visceral fat cell differentiation,participate in the inflammatory response,anti-apoptosis,cell cycle and has a nicotinamide phosphorib-osyl transferase activity;in visfatin with obesity,abnormal lipid metabolism,diabetes,insulin resistance,metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease incidence are closely linked.Further study of its mechanism may be the treatment of diabetes and metabolic syndrome provides a new way of thinking and methods.
