| 摘 要： | 病案管理人员在日常工作中必须要具备政策意识、质量意识、责任意识、法律意识、风险意识、专业意识、保密意识、科研意识、创新意识、服务意识等十种岗位意识,对提高病案质量管理,减少病案错漏,防范医疗纠纷具有决定性作用,更能有效地推动病案管理工作迈向规范化、科学化方向发展。
